I was feeling a bit overwhelmed trying to find the right cricket equipment for my son, who is just starting to play and needed everything from scratch. Alex was incredibly helpful and patient. He clearly knows his equipment well and was great at recommending the appropriate sizes and protective gear suitable for a beginner.    Amazing experience.. the products are of awesome quality.. sports equipment, cycles, accessories, shoes, etc.. each n every product is worth every penny.. the store is nicely arranged and very neat.. the staff is very helpful.. I purchased helmet for my ebike, gloves and a cycle for my son. got the cycle with stabilisers within 2 days.. the overall procedure was smooth and easy..

   Dishonest, Dangerous, and Incompetent — Avoid This Shop. I took my mountain bike in for specific work only. Without my permission, this shop carried out a brake bleed I never authorised and then lied about the reasons for doing it. They falsely claimed there was an issue with my brakes that urgently needed attention — something I never reported, and which was not true. Not only was this work done without consent, but the bleed was also done poorly and left my bike in a potentially dangerous condition. This isn't just about dishonesty — it's about a total lack of professionalism and care for customer safety. When I raised this serious issue, it was escalated to their head office, who turned out to be just as incompetent and dismissive. They made no real effort to put things right or accept any responsibility for what happened. A bike shop should communicate clearly and respect the customer's decisions, especially when safety is involved. Sadly, this company failed on every level. I strongly recommend you take your bike, your trust, and your money somewhere else. They left my caliper semi-open. I only found out they had bled the brakes when they called to say I needed to bring the bike back because they realised they had left the bleed cap off. That was the first time I’d heard of needing to bleed brakes just for a wheel truing — more like they pressed the lever while the wheel was off and tried to cover it up. Anyway, I had to take it to another shop and have everything re-done properly.

   I recently visited the Decathlon bike shop and had a fantastic experience. Ramirez was extremely helpful in selecting the perfect bike for my daughter and even gave us tips on properly maintaining it. There was no pressure to purchase more expensive or unnecessary products. Ramirez had our best interests in mind, making the entire process a breeze. I highly recommend this bike shop for its excellent customer service and knowledgeable staff.

   Customer service from Ramirez the bicycle mechanic was perfect. Absolutely amazing! New front tyre and inner tube fitted within an hour and all for a really competitive price. He was super friendly, polite and keen to help with great advice. Also he was keen to listen and sell me exactly what I wanted in terms of the tyre design. Great customer service like this makes customers come back time and time again for repeat sales. Certainly, I’m coming back! Would thoroughly recommend Ramirez and this store to everyone but especially for cyclists needing a repair or service for their bike.

   Store is well laid out, plenty of space, wide selection starting very cheap; my store brand boots for 39.99 continue to last they have been through hell and High water ; so yesterday bought a coat for Norway. Unlike competitors, many of whom I visited on day that are leading Hugh St brands, the information is all here in the items about climate temperature on each item on the pegs or in the jacket itself. I needed a jacket for -20° and found one, info all ready accordingly for £99 sterling. Not like the fashion items from the competition at all. So great work, and easy checkout and a very helpful young French? Lady who helped me with my coats tag.
