    Had two E Bikes serviced? Issue gears slipping - brakes poor in one bike - returned to us exactly the same?? Once back from holiday I diagnosed rear sprockets worn (10 mins todo) disc pads worn (5 min job) As they say if you want a job done properly do it yourself - sorry - Staff were friendly

    I did not make a purchase here however I did go into the store as I had to nurse my car into the Asda carpark as parts of the wheel arch were hanging off and getting stuck into the front drivers side wheel. After going into asda for tie wraps with no luck I wandered around and came across this shop. I explained what had happened and they could not have been more helpful. After gifting me with a few tie wraps I was happily on my way back home to London! They didn’t have to help me at all but they went above and beyond for a lady in distress! I will be forever in their debt. Amazing staff

    Great service from this place! both Matt and Lucy worked very hard to provide a professional, yet friendly customer journey. They didn’t have the parts i needed in stock but we’re able to assist me in ordering the right part direct to the shop which was fitted the same day (all within 24 hours) I’ve had 3 services and a few other bits of work done to my Merida 10k in the last 2 years and the service here far supersedes any of the previous work, keep up the good work!!
