One of the worst agencies I've ever seen. In November 2022, when I asked for early end of tenancy they agreed with me paying them an extra 3 months rents, promised that once they find new tenant they will refund me the rest of the rents as well as the deposits. However, up till now they have never contacted me for either the result of finding new tenant or the refund of my deposits. When I sent email asking about this, they ignored me and never replied. Whereas in the meantime, my another previous agency in Scotland has contacted me to refund me the extra fees I accidentally made, which once again reminds me of how low studentdigz's credits can be. If you're a student especially an international student, never rent your accommodation with this untrustworthy company. They can be a total bully to you.
Upon moving to the house, the boiler was not functional and we were left without heating and hot water for a month and a half, their service is slow and poor, one room has had mould complaints for 2 months which has still not been dealt with and is now getting over personal items. However they can send an electrician in a day to setup the smart meter.
Appalling service. Phone number impossible to reach. Constant miscommunication. Four renting a property are going to back to university this week and still haven’t been able to get the keys. Really don’t recommend. No one seems to know what they’re doing!
Beach Rugby Wales has had an ongoing relationship with Studentdigz for the last 15 years. They have always been very supportive of the tournament, without which the event would not be able to proceed. Everything we have requested, Studentdigz has always come up trumps. I would recommend the company as I can’t fault them.
Staff is polite but indifferent and we had many problems during our tenancy that were ignored by student digz. They barely respond to emails and definitely not in a timely manner and even if you call the chances of them helping you once you're a tenant are slim. Overall very unsatisfied and would never rent a property with them again.
