Worst experience with them, had so many issues ever since I moved there water, blinds, floor, fridge and many more nothing was rectified I had to move out in 4 months and communication was terrible the manager wouldn’t talk we have to contact her at least 10 times or more to receive response from her.
Very bad service I recommended don’t go with them and they are very rude as well they call me to come at 2.30 I went there 2 pm they told come at exact time 2.30 then I went to 2.30 after that they told me to you have to go to the property and I go to the property then they called me to the person who view to the property he is waiting and they cancel my appointment they are very rude they don’t have to basic sense totally disappointed

Very poor service, tried claiming more than half of my deposit initially and when I rejected the claim they made another claim wanting the entire deposit. Stay away from metro
