Terrible service, this agent is a scammer they have actually deducted 95% of my deposit for funny reasons. And I have actually returned the house in even better condition than I received it, When I tried to dispute, they wouldn’t even share the deposit protection information they asked me to check my emails. This is ridiculous!!!!

YOUV’VE BEEN WARNED!!!** My experience with Tidal Estate Sales & Lettings has been incredibly frustrating due to the landlord of 50 Iorwerth Street. To be clear, the girls in the office were always pleasant and professional but unfortunately, they continue to work with a landlord who clearly should not be renting out property. The landlord of this property is extremely difficult and unreasonable, with a clear and concerning pattern of behaviour. After just 8–10 months into our tenancy, we were told he intended to sell the property. We were served with a 6 month notice. This exact scenario happened to the previous tenants, and unless something changes, it will happen to the next. Once you decline his offer to buy the house (as most tenants would), he will attempt to arrange viewings for potential buyers. If you feel uncomfortable with that, know you are well within your rights to refuse until you move out and I highly suggest you do! It’s unsettling and intrusive. If he fails to sell the house, he simply puts it back on the rental market – and the cycle starts again. It’s clear he has no intention of offering a long-term home, just using tenants to cover the mortgage while he tries to sell. Tidal should have stopped working with this landlord a long time ago. They are fully aware of his behaviour, yet continue to do business with him. That speaks volumes. Absolutely disgraceful. Avoid this property at all costs.
I moved to UK a year ago and Tidal one of the many agents I approached to find an apartment. Given my first time in the UK, it was harder than usual to land on a decent apartment. Trudy and the team made the entire process incredibly seamless and stress-free for us. What normally takes people months, we were able to accomplish in just a few days—all thanks to Tidal. Wasted my time twice! Absolutely don’t recommend this mickie mouse agency. Never sent an application form although twice ive been interested. Little people makes them feel superior when you are in a desperate need of home!

House hunting is a pain but house hunting in January is an excruciating pain! However, thanks to Trudy Brereton from Tidal, it was more bearable. After we came across a flat they advertised on right move. We hit the ground running from there! Trudy was super helpful! She provided an impeccable service; she spoke to the landlord and ensured that we had mattresses in the flat. She responded swiftly to her emails and calls. She also waited a couple more minutes after closing time so we could get our key from the office since our train got delayed from Manchester !! Over all, Trudy from tidal was brilliant, I highly recommend their services!
Nice people but very inefficient. I have gone 1 month without hot water in my shower and now they've removed the shower and I have not had a shower for 4 days now. I have emailed and called many times. Completely unprofessional and inefficient.
I fully recommend Tidal. Having to move twice in 7 months was far from ideal! But Sarah has been incredibly helpful and supportive. She has gone above and beyond to help me find my new rental property. Nothing has been too much trouble. She has shown great patience and made the situation as smooth as it could possibly be. When damaged was caused during the recent storms, a quick call to the emergency number had everything sorted very quickly. Thank you Sarah
