   I visited Horsham today as my hiking boots purchased last year from MW are leaking. The store manager checked the boots thoroughly and proof before giving me a replacement pair as per a two year guarantee for the boots (I wasn't aware) - they are usually extremely robust. I was also offered the advice I needed about other assocaited products. Professional and informative. Faultless customer service. Thank you

   Boots are comfortable but this is the third pair of laces. The edges are so sharp, they keep tearing. Also, the side got undone and had to use glue to keep it together

   A mess of a store, no clear men/women/children clothes/shoes sections, just need to gues if it is for you or your partner. Employees look at you from a distance like yourthere to either steal or set fire to the place. Tried it a few times, disliked it evertime.

   On Saturday afternoon (9/10/25) I purchased a gilet for a really good price. Only to be let down by the attitude of Eloise on the till. I felt I was treated very matter of factly and when I asked for the garment to be folded so it would fit in the bag we were carrying, all she did was roll it then get back to what she was doing beforehand. Not best pleased

   Mostly absolute tat, but very occasionally a decent bit of kit at a good price. Not good for the time poor, but very good for the cash poor. More suited to dog walkers than mountain walkers.
