   A wonderful lady called Lesley has obtained numerous items from yourselves for Turning Tides who are dedicated to helping the homeless in West Sussex. On behalf of Turning Tides, we wanted to say an enormous thank you for making our homeless community feel valued. The sleeping bags and mats are fantastic quality. We received some amazing drinking bottles today as well.

   Pretty good solid range of clothing for outdoor pursuits. Staff are usually knowledgeable and helpful. Discounts always on or so it seems to me so check prices is my attitude. Keep going back and finding something I need.

   Went looking for a winter coat. Found that most of their stock was suitable but pricey. Found a very nice coat on the discount rack. It was a bargain. Usually go here for coats for the kids too as they're usually reasonably priced.

   On Saturday, In the shop Rustington, they didn't have my size of boots, the young man on the till said he could order them for me and have them delivered to my home address, he was very helpful and my boots arrived this morning (Monday), very impressive

   Came here for waterproofs from Arundel as I’m on holiday and to find out the shop was closed. So driving in floods and road works was no point. Make sure you phone them before you go incase they are closed. But the website says it’s open came here around 9:30

   This may only be a small branch but it has a wide range of products in various colours and sizes. Like most stores these days, if the item required isn't in the store then the staff quickly check stock availability and can order it in. Most days there is some sort of discount 'sale' and often there are vouchers giving additional discounts. Where this particular store scores highly is with the knowledgeable and very helpful staff.
