   We had a really great time on our SUP session. Fraser got us kitted up, shown the basics, and out on the water really quickly. Our group had a real range of abilities, from complete beginners to people with a fair bit of experience. Fraser did a great job of supporting everybody so that we all learnt something and got loads out of it. The atmosphere was laid back and he made it fun for everyone. Thanks Fraser!

   We all loved our beginner SUP session. Fraser was patient and shared lots of great tips to help us progress faster. I've definitely increased my water confidence as a result and I can't wait until next time. We were a mixed ability group but we were all able to get a lot out of the session we had with fraser.

   Brilliant! Having experienced a SUP in Cornwall and after 30 mins in the water and not on the board I gave up! Fraser had me up and paddling in no time after 2 hours we had traveled around shoreham harbour and had a brilliant time. I’m hooked Highly recommend

   Highly recommended. My friend and I took our 15 and 16 year old daughters down yesterday, the instructors allowed each person to work at their own pace only moving to standing when they felt ready to. We now have 2 girls who are hooked on SUP.
