   Place your child here!!! We all absolutely love apple tree! My eldest who is 3 started back in April last year and loves going into nursery, our youngest who will be 2 soon starts in the next couple of months. We are so happy with the nursery, the team (Catherine, Tanya and Anna) are amazing and Tracey the manager is the best!! She puts her heart and soul into the nursery and will be sorely missed once she leaves, but, the nursery is in amazing hands with Catherine at the wheel. My son talks about all the fun things he does all the yummy food all the amazing hugs and sing time, learns new things each weeks and teaches me stuff I sometimes did not know about. They have people visit the nursery from police officers to fire engines (loved by my son) and also a regular tractor that cuts the grass outside, which all the kids seem to absolutely be obsessed over! The outside play is something my son enjoys, no matter the whether they go outside which a lot of nurseries do not do. Could not recommend the nursery enough xo

   I am very glad to have found this Nursery as I was having difficulties at home. The staff worked with myself and my Son, this has improved his behaviour and eased the difficulties at home. I Couldn’t recommend this Nursery enough! It is the best decision I have made

   Our experience with Tracey and her team is nothing but great. Our daughter is going to be one of the youngest when she starts school in September in Reception but thanks to the team we think she is going to be more than ready. Within the course of a year she’s become way more independent, speaks very confidently and her skills have developped at light speed. She’s very fond of the staff as well as her friends. We are so happy with our decision to bring her here when she was 3, so much so that we are hoping for our secondborn to start at Apple Tree as soon as she turns 2! Highly highly recommended!

   Simply an outstanding nursery. Smaller class size and attentitive, well experienced staff who clearly enjoy working together and with the children. My little boy has grown in confidence since his time with Apple Tree and has made some lovely friends. Such a unique setting with plenty of outdoor activities, regardless of the weather. The staff are very supportive, and because of the high ratio of teachers to children they have the time to provide quality care. Highly recommended.

   Out daughter has attended Apple Tree nursery for the last few months and loves it. Previously she had been at a childminder then at a large nursery – Apple Tree feels like the sweet spot in the middle. It’s small enough to feel personal and homely, and great that children of different ages can mix, but large enough that there’s always lots going on (crafts, singing, educational activities, play, stories, the wonderful garden, occasionally local playground / playing field etc). And that staff are simply brilliant!

   We love what Tracey and the team do at Apple Tree Clayton. The mix of forest school activities and Montessori nursery practices really help prepare the children for future and keep them entertained in a variety of ways. The staff are great at nurturing the kids and teaching them new ways to cope with situations that toddlers find themselves in. We would highly recommend the nursery and will be sending future children there!

   My Son has been attending Apple Tree Nursery for 4 months and it is clear that the Staff are supporting him well. He has adapted to the new environment and talks about the people and his days there with enthusiasm. He spends two full days at Nursery and the staff are happy to support our choice to use cloth nappies, which I really appreciate. We feel the ethos of ATMFS fits well with ours and it is reassuring to know our Son is well cared for as he navigates the challenges of being 2!

   We moved our children from another nursery and were a bit worried about whether we had done the right thing or not, because it would be such a big change. However, I really believed the montessori/forest school approach would be good for them. Well thank goodness we took the risk. The intimate and child led nature of the nursery is so nurturing, for the children, and for us! Tracey and the team are extremely knowledgeable and supportive. The kids have only been there for a few weeks but they settled extremely well and we seem to be seeing positive changes in them, and their relationship together, at home as well. They are being taught some some really useful life skills, and because the nursery are so good at information sharing, I have been able to continue that learning in the home environment too. The staff ratios are great, so they can provide extra time and care to our kids when needed, and they are readily available to talk to parents too. We are extremely happy that we made the move and would highly recommend the setting to other parents. Thank you Appletree.
