   Standard Costa experience but there are flies all over the ceiling and a few flying about. Absolute health hazard. Why is no one cleaning the ceiling as an easy fix, it’s disgusting.

   It’s my favourite coffee shop in Bedford but recently I’ve been bit annoyed by the staff who do start cleaning around almost 2 HOURS (two hours) before closing time which is normally 6.30 pm. By doing that some seating areas become inaccessible which I find bit disappointing…

   Useful for coming off the trains and buses in the town as well as near to the rest of the town and other things. Lots of stuff there to have at anytime of day when open. Not too bad for a spot of lunch or coffee, well staffed essential for the busiest times of the week etc.

   Absolutely disgusted! I found a dead fly in my hot chocolate yesterday, thinking about it still makes me feel absolutely SICK! It was a take away and I had a few sips on the way home. I went to pour the drink into my favourite mug once I got home and there I found it! I was sick for a couple of hours afterwards! Incredibly poor hygiene! The café looked understaffed and there were two very young girls trying to handle a large amount of customers in the queue! I had to ask them to change my hot chocolate once while I was still there because it just tasted like warm milk! they changed it and I took the new drink it home only to be disappointed again! NEVER going back there again!!!

   Not great had to wait for ages, staff seem to like to move at a snail pace.. The tables were not cleaned and hardly a sandwiches selection to choose from.. Won't be coming on my 15 min lunch break again. Waste of my time. Ended up leaving as spenymt majority of ny time in the queue waiting ✋️

   (The Costa near the British Heart Foundation shop in town) Met a friend here for a well needed catch up and unfortunately got such unfriendly service as soon as we walked in by a blondish lady on the till, possibly the supervisor. I think she was having a bad day but she didn't appear to want to serve us, rolling her eyes and sighing when I asked questions as to what autumn drinks were available, also quite blunt like "no pumpkin spice. Starbucks. This is costa" and "no oat. Soya." It was all quite unfriendly and uncomfortable down to collecting our drinks and we felt like we were an inconvenience, I don't expect much but just a hello and friendly service. Sort of dappened the get together but we'll opt for the costa by primark in future lol
