   Very professional company who planned out 3 bathrooms. Fitter was a perfectionist. We used Andrew Elden Designs for a bathroom in a previous house too and had a great experience. Really good customer service and would totally recommend them.

   We used Andrew Elden Designs to fit our new kitchen some years ago and were delighted with it. Paul the fitter did an excellent job and did various added extras for us too, e.g. boxing in the extractor fan. So when we wanted a new mattress they were the first place we went to. Graham listened carefully to what we wanted and selected a few for us to try. We then compared the prices with other local and national retail shops and online. The price was very competitive and we are very pleased with the mattress that we purchased from them. We have had it for a while now and it is still as good as new. We would not hesitate in recommending them.

   We had our bath replaced with a walk-in shower and had two bidet toilets installed. The job took a bit longer than expected, but the various options were explained to us and we are very satisfied with the result. Andrew (the owner) and his brother John (who did the fitting) were a pleasure to deal with.

   Cheaper end of the market (which is fine) fitted appallingly (by Paul, I pray he don’t still work for them for any potential clients) He turned up 1/2 days late leaving the other services to dismantle the original kitchen. So then everything was rushed from then on in and you can tell from the end finish, hardly anywhere straight or level. I’m sure he fitted the skirting board with a garden spade it’s that rubbish. Wonky extractor fan. Laid a floor over a bump in the subfloor which I raised when Mr Elden visited for consultation-“we’ll sort all that out” I’m now in the process of having a new one laid.... The chrome handles started to flake really early on and think I was spending more time at my partners house then so they were hardly touched I wholeheartedly don’t recommend this company, and if you take the plunge make sure Paul doesn’t fit it!

   Superb from start to finish. That’s why our family all keep going back. Our family have had 3 kitchens installed. An Orange quartz works top in the 4th kitchen & a refurb in the utility room. Kitchens were installed by 2 different installers (Richard and Clive). Both superb fitters. Richard had to overcome several obstacles in both our daughters and our sons kitchen. Nothing too much trouble with no call backs. Would def recommend to our friends.
