   Waited 20 minutes for a bowl of tepid soup. The tea was weak and completely tasteless. Don't bother, there's plenty of other places to eat nearby.

   @9am still boxes of food everywhere unable to access cafe as staff not ready. Two managers walked out of cafe. Both found this amusing! Eventually staff moved boxes to allow entry. Woman shouted at a member of staff in front of whole queue. Ironically as we use the cafe regularly, we know how competent that young lady is. Ordered 2 coffees and food then stood and waited as no body there to make the coffees. I paid for extra shot but didn't get it until I reminded the server. Full breakfast was luke warm and bacon so far cooked difficult to eat.Although staff clearing constantly didn't clear our plates/cups even after about 40 mins. Have been using cafe since opened but not for a while. Can only assume new managers. Certainly will not be going back!

   Not sure who’s in charge of this place but they need sacking immediately. Been here to TRY to eat numerous times, almost every time I’ve been, they have ran out of anything Iv tried to order on the menu. Shambles of a place. It’s become a running joke. Have avoided it for about a year now because of this reason. Tried again today and both mine and my partners choices they had ran out of. Of course they have.

   Found upstairs in M&S. toilets are right next to the cafe. There are plenty of tables Order at the counter if you want hot food, take a number and take a seat. Lots of tables avaliable some by the window with a nice view. Its very spacious with a high ceiling. No full English option at R lakes cafe. Good selection of drinks. Service was fast and our table was even cleaned for us when we sat down as it was previously used. This cafe is often busy, and for a very good reason. I found it to be a great place to eat.

   Great place to start your day with a healthy breakfast choice. We had avocado on toast with some red tea which was amazing. Ambience was good too. Unfortunately we did not get a takeawy of hot food.
