   Popped in for a cappuccino and it was absolutely on point, the coffee tasted great the temperature of the milk was spot on. Customer service was brilliant will definitely be returning.

   Popped in for a quick coffee, staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Although there was a staff member mopping the floor while I was in the coffee shop, maybe the staff should look up to the glass lights and clean them to. But on the whole a very good Costa.

   ... I visit a lot of Costas up and down the country. I'm a coffee club member. Went to the Whitworth Road retail park Costa today... shocking service. The shop was apparently selling off 'Limited edition Winter Cups' at 50% off for a tagged £5.00 price (see photo). So bought 4 for presents. Ordered two flat whites at the counter too. Handed over two refill cups, at which one member of staff (manager?) said "...we can't fill those up with flat whites Darlin'... Queried the cost of the winter cups with 'Lily' as they were rung thru at £6 each. A work colleague (manager again?) interjected, turned the till screen towards me and said "we've got the wrong label up darling". No offer of compromise. No apology, as she said " We can't sell em for £5.00"...As a large queue was forming behind, there was no offer of refund I asked for the cups back, at which 'Lily' sarcastically/pointedly said, 'Please!'... a fellow barista with heavy red eyelid makeup just smirked through the whole conversation. Very embarrassing, with no pleasantries, or help with the issue from any staff member. Customer service/focus non-existent. Do Costa deliver Customer Service courses? On this evidence,definitely not!! Tables cluttered with empty cups/plates. Full ashtrays on all tables outside. All in all, give this branch a miss. #NeverAgain.

   First time we ventured into this Costa after visiting B&M . The facilities were very clean and tidy, the seating was comfortable and the coffee and cake was good and enjoyable. Cost was typical. The service was good although it wasn't very busy. There is a drive through but we enjoyed sitting in .A welcome break after some retail therapy...

   Disgusting customer service from a red head barista. I literally had to stand there and listen to her make fun of me with her colleague....in front of my face....just because I mixed up skinny and full fat milk. She seriously needs to learn manners before working in customer service. Appalling behaviour and attitude. She is lucky I had my baby girl with me and she didn't get the respond she deserved.

   Visited evening of 24/11 around 6 pm. Excellent customer service provided by Jess. Her communication was excellent and she was very polite and pleasant. She served promptly and had a friendly attitude. The store was very clean and atmosphere very welcoming. It shows that Jess and Chris (manager) care abundantly about providing an excellent customer service. I will visit often and highly recommend this store to everyone.

   Brand New medium sized Costa. Usual Costa food and drinks. Seats approx 60, further 15 or so seats outside. Toilets, free WiFi. Drive thru efficient. 5 staff on duty in cafe. Staff polite and friendly. The outside seating in fine, but sadly just a view of a retail park.
