Coffee very hit and miss. Quality of coffee very much depends on who serves you. Early mornings coffee is always bland and tastes weak. Not nice considering the price. Later in the day, served by someone else and coffee is perfect. Have found much better consistency at other Starbucks
Iβve come here many times to pick up coffee, and most of the time the experience is fine. However, the customer service this morning (November 7th) was very disappointing. The staff member asked if I had placed an order on my mobile, and when I said yes, she rudely told me, βThen you can stand aside so I can serve other customers.β I had only ordered one drink, yet the customer behind me received two drinks and food before I got mine. Very disappointing experience!
Me and my wife have been using this branch since it opened, and we are amazed at how good and friendly everyone is that works there, I have never known such great service in a Starbucks anywhere else, itβs awesome. They are always so friendly and helpful, whoever is in charge of recruitment there is doing an amazing job to find these people. Always a very pleasant experience.
K Beverage please tell me why your store never does Pike Place filter coffee......... To be told this store never serves Pike Place. WHAT NOT MAKING ENOUGH MARGIN on the main menu. Maximise profits over customers preferences. Get fudged
Can we take a moment for the excellent service that we always receive, special shout out to Karl and another lady (Iβm sorry I canβt remember your name ) that always makes sure our dog Murphy gets the best pup cups . You guys are legends !!
Lovely coffee/snacks and friendly staff. I came here when the drive through was packed constantly and there was also a queue to the door inside the shop - there were only 2 staff members but they were absolutely brilliant, they were so so busy but this still didn't affect the service or quality!
Coffee was nice, until paperwork left inside cup started to dissolve in drink.
Except from a long wait and near mistake with our drinks order (very quickly spotted by my sister so it was corrected) I cannot fault this place. Always clean and tidy, a lovely coffee shop to catch up with a friend or take the family.
I visit regularly but feel I must give a shout out this week. Elaine & Kye are fabbb staff. The rapport they have between themselves & with all the customers is brilliant!! Sitting listening to them is a delight It is obvious from the customer interaction that they are very good at their jobs. Both of them make a good coffee too. Great service. Thanks ladies
Lovely ladies and immaculately clean throughout. I have just been in for the first time (11.30am 20th October) with my son and will look forward to going back many times. Very convenient just off the roundabout and service from all the staff this morning was kind and excellent.
