I can not recommend Georgie enough. I'd completely detached from my C- section scar for over 5 years. I was very nervous and emotional at my first visit but Georgie listened and held that. The improvement after each session is amazing and I am now able to touch my scar and feel comfortable with it. And it looks so different it's made me more confident and happy with how I look.

I’ve been seeing Georgie for years for any injuries I have. Her wide knowledge in sports injuries as well as Pilates expertise means I have always got an amazing treatment plan. I would not choose anyone else to help get me back in my running trainers!

I suffer with a herniated disc (L5S1) and my mobility was particularly bad at the start of 2024, I struggled to sit down, drive and pick up anything from ground level. Georgie helped me understand what movements were safe for me and how to build my strength through Pilates. After 6 sessions of 121 personal training & tailored exercise plan my back pain was practically gone. I don’t rely on painkillers anymore, can sit down for long periods of a time, drive long distances, and pick up my heavy toddler. I found Georgie online and was impressed by the good reviews, I’m happy to leave a review today and certainly recommend her to anyone suffering from sciatica.

Seeing Georgie after my C Section has been transformational for my scar. Despite caring for it after the operation, it was tugging when I walked and still painful and very dark 10 weeks after the birth of my son. After 5 sessions it now moves, the colour has lightened, there is no tension or scar tissue build up, and it is no longer numb. I couldn’t have hoped for better. I recommend Georgie to anyone looking for post-c section care. She is kind, caring and so attentive in her work. And the results are amazing. I am so grateful to her!!

I started visiting Georgie about 12 weeks after my emergency c-section. As someone who had planned to have an unmedicated water birth, my delivery was a very traumatic experience for me. I was keen to work on improving the healing and appearance of my scar, as well as gain guidance and support to help me get back to exercising again. I am now 9 months postpartum and the work I have done with Georgie has been both physically and mentally life changing. Psychologically, I am now comfortable to look and touch my scar, which has really helped me process my delivery experience. My core strength has come on leaps and bounds and I am now back to my usual intensive gym classes. My scar is neat, flat and lightening. If it were not for Georgie I would have pushed myself too early and suffered the consequences. I also would not have followed the appropriate steps to ensure healthy healing, such as the right techniques for scar massage at the right time, methods to improve regaining sensation in my stomach, and how to regain connection back in my core. I cannot thank Georgie and recommend her enough!

Georgie has been absolutely superb and I couldn't recommend her highly enough. I damaged my ankle playing football and she was able to patiently explain what had happened, how long it would to take to recover and the clear steps I would need to take to get there. She was positive and reassuring throughout and I've made fantastic and swift progress.

I can't recommend Georgie highly enough! Under her care and advise I have recovered from a calf injury through a combination of treatments and exercise plan by Georgie. She has the perfect balance of being friendly yet professional and I am delighted with the results of her therapy on my injury. You can be confident that you are in very good hands. I would definitely recommend Georgie to my friends and have done so already!

Georgie is magic! I’ve seen Georgie for 3 different issues now & each time she has made a remarkable difference to my recovery. Whilst training for the Brighton half marathon everything started giving up but after a few physio sessions & an excellent pre-race sports massage I made it round the course comfortably. Georgie was also instrumental in helping me to run again after a broken ankle. Most recently Georgie has helped to relive significant neck & shoulder tension that came about as a result of my desk job. Georgie released the muscle tension & was great at explaining what she was doing & giving me posture & stretching tips to help reduce further discomfort. I would thoroughly recommend Georgie!

I've been a runner for Brighton Phoenix and Sussex for a number of years. I've seen Georgie for numerous injuries over the years and she is always able to pin point the problem and offer strength and conditioning exercises. I've always made a quick recovery after seeing Georgie. I highly recommend!

Georgie very kindly agreed to see me at short notice after my ankle injury worsened just before I was about to go on holiday. The session we had was helpful, relaxing and informative, and Georgie took the time to show me all the exercises I needed to do. An injury that had been bothering me for 6 weeks was sorted within 2 weeks of seeing her. Would highly recommend!
