   Having ordered our food & drink the main course arrived Jacket potato with cheese and coleslaw butter ordered not received. Was ok but nearly £8 20 mins later drinks arrived and only because we went and asked where they were? The coffee was nice but the milk shake I know we said small......it was very. Service was very haphazard and I am not sure nearly £20 for what we had was worth it

   Rather expensive, regular coffee was very sml. The scones were really good, very fluffy & fresh. Cakes were more than most coffee shops. Lists of buckets dotted around as roof leaks. Their Xmas section was very good with an automated reindeer show

   The lady serving us was lovely and helpful and food came out in good time. A couple of gripes we had were the size of the coffee options. My wife had regular and mine was supposed to be large. Well neither were of a good size and for the price it was very disappointing. We were not impressed. And how is it fair if you have a milk alternative that you end up having to pay extra. This is discriminating against those who no choice.

   I am a group organiser, and were searching for a morning coffee stop on our journey. Rang them to ask if they would accept a coach party, very helpful and friendly on the phone. Gratefully they accepted us and we called in. Restaurant was brilliant, staff friendly, helpful and dealt with an influx of 50 people on a Saturday morning splendidly. Thank you so much for your help and taking care of us. Well done to you all.
