   Was quiet annoying that a busy Costa like this in the location it's in, had many tables taken up by people not eating or drinking anything from Costa. You had a woman taking a table up next to me on a facetime call, who ordered nothing, all the while people with food and coffees who had just ordered looking for a place to sit, had no where.

   Was only in the shop for a couple of hours and towards the end of my stay one of the workers putting away the chair (blond lady) made racist ideals and pointed and laughed at me with her colleague (another blond lady) while I was minding my business. Personally I thought this behaviour was inappropriate and rude as I was a standard customer that didn’t deserve this treatment, only in there to do my work and I was minding my business.

   We ordered a chai latte and coffee latte. Because it was very noisy downstairs we decided to sit upstairs. It was nice an quiet there as nobody was there apart from us and another man. We enjoyed our drinks in peace and quietness and also enjoyed watching the passers by in the street below.

   Lovely atmosphere, less crowded and plenty of space to sit in. Toilet are locked and need receipt to get in so make sure you are customer. Food is good not fan of coffee.

   Nice little Costa coffee. Staff very polite and helpful, service very fast. Comfortable tables and chairs. Even though it was busy it was still comfortable. Tables cleared well. Nice outside chairs too. 10/10 for a Costa!

   1 is too high for this dump. if you question why your order is wrong or request anything specific they get bloody rude and not welcoming at all. ruined our experience and destroyed our expectations. really wish they were better trained. it’s only this branch that is so rubbish. she said she was the manager and hid her name tag looked like mera lina. really not fit for the job disgrace to costa

   2.45pm ordered Cappuccino, noticed a t/a cup being prepared so asked for a proper cup. I was told they were closing soon so only providing t/a cups. When I asked what time they closed, I was told 5pm!! WT*. Tables were uncleared, customers having to clear them themselves. 3.55pm customers waiting to be served, no staff out front. Very poor service, won't be going there again

   Absolutely useless in this store I am a Costa member so I get rewards I had a pound offer the other day I told the lady I had the voucher to redeem a pound so instead she took my free drinks off me I always finding this store staff never listens to what you are I also asked for a white millionaire shortbread which was on Cheshire gave me the normal caramel one at double the price what I wanted not realising the mistake until it was too late to go back also I was standing in a queue and a bloke jump to the front of the queue when me and another lady confronted the staff she said he's deliveroo without being disrespectful the customers are paying your the delivery driver should have waited until the lady in front of me was served it's very poor customer services in this store I have no other problems with any of the Costa I go in

   I've ordered by the app for collection.... waited for a while in store for girl to even realize there's an order to be made. Luckily I wasn't in a rush. She was very polite and apologetic.
