   Not impressed this morning!! 06/12/2025 the 2 ladies need training on how to make chocolate frappes!!! No taste to it, bland full of ice, I asked for it to be smoothe not a slushie!!! Only 2 girls know how to nail the drinks there …. The rest need to get training from them 2!!! Not impressed considering to stop going to this branch!!!

   Costa is honestly going so downhill. I visited today & instead of being given a spiced apple & cinnamon tea, they gave me a mango & camomile with cinnamon!! I am sensitive to Camomile & this could have been much worse if someone was allergic. My other complaints are staff were not the greatest, maybe they should look to work away from customers, only vegan option is a fake ham & vegan cheese toasties then your expected to pay for a sachet of sauce to ease the dryness if it, on top of this the cheese in 1 of the toasties was not even melted. I will not visit again for food & will attend another if I want to be given the correct drink. How difficult is it to pick up the correct tea bag.

   Ordered the new maple latte. As the young girl was making it, she shouted to her colleague “have we got any more whipped cream” the other colleague said no… view the pictures, this is what I got. Not great, in fact, left me a little annoyed as she should have either offered me something else or asked if I wouldn’t have minded having the last wet drizzle of what was left it the cream bottle!    Went to the drive through for the £5.99 toastie & coffee deal, placed the order for two deals. We were asked to move to the payment window where they informed us there were no ham and cheese toastie but Wiltshire ham and cheese toastie to which we said was fine. The card machine was passed over to make payment and we tapped. Turns out we were charged £17.90, when we questioned it they said the Wiltshire ham toastie was not included in the deal. I said this was not disclosed, yet no attempt to reimburse or compensate us was made, we were handed our coffee & toastie’s and thanked. When we returned home the food was shambolic and coffee watery. Very disappointed and will not be returning!

   It's a sad to say this as an unofficial sponsored athlete of Costa, but this has gone down a bit. On a good day, its class, the good days seem to be becoming less though. Eating is a good as its a different crew, D.T (that's what we call Drive Through, isn't the best. Still better than Starbucks though.

   No drive through, slow and poor service, wrong drink prepared. Discussion between senior member of staff and a trainee, which should not have taken place in front of customers, poor management skills. Complete shambles!
