What a fantastic asset for the village! The volunteers who run the café are always friendly and the food and drink on offer are far more reasonably priced than other locations nearby. You will not be disappointed and help to support the community events that are hosted there.
Friendly and helpful staff. Unfortunately, staff cleared up around you to pressure you to leave as it's very busy and they're eager to move you on. Therefore, I felt rather rushed and unwelcome.

Great staff - mostly volunteers, home made cakes and possibly the best bacon and egg sandwich in Northamptonshire.
You can always rely on a warm welcome with freshly cooked food made to order, so expect a wait of about 10 minutes. Cakes baked on the premises are always available with sweet and savoury scones straight from the oven if you're lucky.
What a great volunteer run coffee shop/cafe. This is a cafe where you feel wanted and even cared for. They are obviously not after your money as the prices are so reasonable and the cake portions so big! They do an amazing Brixworth breakfast and lots of other light meals too. As a point of interest they serve Benchmark Coffee which is roasted locally and this in itself makes it worth a visit.
