Terrific service at a great price in my view. I asked John E Wright to reproduce a coloured map 80 x 50 cm and they came back with exact reproductions, if not better than the original on very similar glossy paper. Their service, communication and attention to the details, especially from Ric, was outstanding. Strongly recommend.

What a great experience I had with this company! I wanted a bespoke poster print made and these guys made the transaction perfect! Dealing with Rosie was first class! She kept me up to date with its progress and was prompt to reply to my emails and telephone calls. Very unhelpful, partner had a present ruined in a leak at home came here to have 7 photos printed on a special type of paper (we already had the paper) not many places have the printers capable of doing it but theese guys do and he just laughed at her and said no chance were stacked out, She said what about tomorrow and he laughed and said does it look like i work weekends. Would of paid anything to get theese 7 photos printed that would of taken 10 minuets and had a huge sentimental value. Unhelpfully and came across like they couldt care less in helping.
Have to say, these guys were brilliant under the original Hussey Knights brand and nothings changed! Fantastic customer service. I needed a prompt, high quality same day service and John.E. Wright duly delivered. Motivated, focused staff, switched on to getting teh job done, and they managed to exceed my expectations in terms of quality they produced. Happy to recommend.

I have been using this branch of John E Wright for years and they have always been great but last week they really went the extra mile when we had a flat tyre in the carpark outside and a member of staff came out and changed our wheel and taught us how to do it ourselves if it happened again.
