   Just went through the drive through and a lovely blonde lady served me my drink, then I accidentally spilt it all over my car and she was so kind and made me a new drink and gave me lots of blue roll to make sure I could clean it i just wanted to say how much i appreciated it i will definitely come again!

   This Starbucks is killing the planet. Despite the climate CRISIS they choose to give out takeaway cups to customers drinking in the 3 HOURS before they close, because they cannot be bothered to wash up the mugs! Staff were incredibly rude and showed zero care for the environment. Takeaway cups seem to be the default even when people drink in! There seems to be ZERO RECYCLING at this venue like most Starbucks.

   Nothing majorly bad to say about this establishment! Visit quite frequently however every time we get food via the drive thru it’s always squashed and we have to almost put it back together. Would be nice if the staff took care in packing the food so it’s not a “build your own breakfast” Update 2024 - staff need to be more alert. Staff rarely speak to you at the drive thru and just present the card reader to you instead of any interaction, look on their faces indicates they don’t wanna be there. Not friendly

   6 or 7 members of staff, 3 or 4 of them running around trying to keep up with the amount of customers in store, while the other 3 were stood chatting and laughing near the drive through window. Not saying you shouldn't have a chat and a laugh at work, that's what makes a good work environment. But when the shop is busy, but there are no customers at the drive through, should staff not be taught to hop on to help with the in store food and drinks? Well done to the ones that were serving us in store, our food and drinks were great, despite how much they had to rush.

   They don’t have Caramel Waffle Latte, Toffee Nut Latte, Or Eggnog Latte. Who manages this branch, this is really really poor management. At least put a sign up so people don’t get trapped in the drive-thru line for HALF AN HOUR when you don’t have any drinks. Dreadful level of service.
