   Visited today & the poor chap who was the only member of staff in the store was run off his feet. He was so helpful, cheerful & was working so hard. Give him a rise! He had no time to clear up or keep the tables clean bless him, but people should clear their own rubbish anyway. So thank you to that young man for working so hard & still being happy & professional.

   I stopped by after work today and had such a nice experience. I’d seen a drink on TikTok and wasn’t quite sure how to describe it, but the member of staff that served me was so kind and patient, helping me figure it out and making it perfectly. I also grabbed a cake pop, and overall the service was just amazing. It really made my day. I didn’t catch her name, but I’ve added a picture of my receipt so hopefully she gets the recognition she deserves. Thank you for such lovely service!

   i understand its early in the morning on a monday, but the staff didn’t ask what i wanted nor had any manners, me and my friend stood there clueless as to what the lady at the counter wanted to know. absolutely crap service, sort your employees out

   Such a shame as there was zero warmth from staff, drink was just dumped on the collection from the store manager, waited a long time for drinks and the when asking about the coffee grounds as advertised by Starbucks I got shut down and told no. First and last time coming to this branch

   Always come here to do my uni work, the staff are always always kind, super quick service and they never get orders wrong and all the staff are so well trained at making drinks! I always find the staff very informative as to what dairy free alternatives there are, which is very helpful and kind. They also keep the cafe so clean

   I had a decaf cappuccino and a croissant. The server warmed up my croissant and gave me butter and jam. There were different flavours to sprinkle on your drinks by the sugars and stirrers (chocolate, nutmeg, cinnamon and vanilla). The coffee was delicious, the staff friendly and the store was very clean and well taken care of.

   I enjoyed my visit here because it reminded of the branch on the Edgeware Road in London. Which I loved because of the nice staff and the relaxed atmosphere as well as comfortable furniture. It is a great place to go to if you want to spend time on your own or take a group of friends. It is also a handy place for students who need a place to do the assignments because it has plenty of power points which business people would also find useful. I could literally spend ours at a time here. It's great.

   A deeply soulless Starbucks, noisy and uncomfortable. Staff who are having a great time together and frankly you are an interruption to their day. Coffee is as you’d expect - pleasant average and entirely dependant on the competence of the barista. Service is basic at best. Seating is mostly hard chairs (with their subtle message of “don’t sit long and go away”)
