   I really enjoyed coming here and would often visit 2-3 times a week and spend at least £25 plus during each visit, however the 2 hours free parking limit is absolutely terrible. I was slapped with a £60 fine. Other Starbucks stores that I have visited allow customers to park for more than 2 hours. Because of this I will now go to Costa instead where you can enter your car registration into the tablet and park for longer than 2 hours. Such a shame.

   I'm not fussy about tea at all, but the tea here was really not nice. (That was after I was given a tea that had way too much milk in.) Also, confusing to know which end of the counter to place our order. I wouldn't rush back to this branch I'm afraid.

   I was a customer in your Kingsthorpe branch yesterday and I must say I will NOT be using this shop again! I was absolutely shocked and appalled by how another customer was treated! The young girl was with her boyfriend and daughter. I had overheard her ask for whipped cream on her drink when she was handed it when the colleague rudely told her “that costs extra and you never asked for it” the customer then explained that she had never been asked at the beginning of the transaction whether she would like whipped cream or not. The rude colleague then screamed at this customer stating “well he’s new don’t you know” about the first colleague that would have served the customer. I don’t know how this customer would have known the boy serving was new. Is she a mind reader? Another part of this customers order was wrong so instead of apologising the colleague took her drinks and threw them with force into the sink. When the customer finally sat down with her family to try and enjoy their drinks I could clearly overhear the team laughing and sniggering behind the counter about what had happened. When the customer went back up to ask to speak to the manager she was rudely responded to by a man who said he was the manager to which he said it will be “dealt with” which in all honestly I don’t think will be. This customer ordered another 2 drinks on which she asked for extra caramel the colleague said under their breath “she’ll be lucky” to which the customer heard and finally lost her temper and told them she no longer wanted their service and she left. As someone who works in management in the food retail sector themselves I was honestly shocked and disgusted by the behaviour of ALL of the staff in this shop. If any member of my team let alone myself as a MANAGER spoke to anyone in the manner this young lady was I would be embarrassed!! This shop and the area manager has a lot to answer for as to why someone was treated like this! Utterly disgraceful! I hope you read this and something is done with all staff involved and no just a poxy reply from someone sat behind a computer. This needs looking into and dealing with!!

   I gave a 1 but not deserved.! It wasn't busy but they still got my order wrong. When I said I only ordered 1 hot chocolate the girl behind the counter said '' oh, do you want it anyway '' ... hmmm if I wanted 2 I would have ordered 2, its not like I am getting them for free !! Our order came with no tray to take our drinks to the table ... Girls behind the counter chit chatting and talking about yheor hair while I'm waiting to get a refund Not great ..

   I was asked if I wanted to eat in or take-away, when I said to eat in, I was told to have a take-away instead. I didn't want to a take-away. Why ask if you are then going to make demands? I ended up not ordering because of how rude she was.

   We had hot chocolate, iced peach tea and caramel iced machiato. All very nice and served quickly. The staff were friendly and helpful.
