   Regularly go for a breakfast toasted tea cake. The staff are lovely, helpful and friendly. Food is always presented well and the coffee is excellent, will be back next week - if not before

   Costa coffee in Towcester has a bad service, I’m not impressed with 3 staff members at all. I went to Costa on 14/06/25 sometime between 2.15 pm to 2.20 pm. I was waiting for a little while for someone to serve but 3 staffs was ignored me and keep chatting together. A few minutes later I asked if anyone free to serve me?. I’m so frustrated and upset at this point. None of staff has apologises but they was stop talking and gone quiet. Finally I got my drink with upset feeling. One of staff members said to me “ YOU ARE WELCOME “. I find that is very rude. My suggestion is the company should training staff how to behave in the workplace and service mindset.

   Very dark inside. Lady on till very slow and had to ask 4 times! What I would like. It was only 2 drinks! Drinks were very slow in being made. Very frothy and bubbly milk. No breakfast baps available at 10am for Costa meal deal. Asked at till told don't know if any. Really not impressed. Go elsewhere for a coffee.

   Costa has always been my go to coffee shop however yesterday the service was so incredibly slow with only 1 customer ahead of me in the queue. There were 4 staff present at the time - 3 stood around doing nothing leaving 1 to make all the drinks on her own. I appreciate there is only one coffee machine but 2 people could be using it at the same time as it's big enough to cope with it. Not sure why the other 3 were just standing back watching, as they didn't appear to be doing anything else at the time. It wasn't a great experience considering that I was in a rush and it wasn't exactly busy......
