   Had a jacket potato delivered to work today for lunch. It was delicious. Very impressed with the size and portion of toppings. Also came with a side salad. Will be ordering from here again in the future. 10/10

   Ordered for delivery via Uber eats, had the jacket potato with chilli and cheese. Smallish jacket with miserly portion of chilli. Sour cream , sour crout and salad all unwanted and in the bin, no option in menu to decline the unwanted stuff. Other alternatives for this item unselectable.

   There is no other place to get a breakfast as well as the burgers, they are a huge hit. Their variety of coffees, hot chocolates, teas and milkshakes are incredible. Every visit is always so welcoming and has a homely feel to it. I have never had a problem sitting in or ordering take out on the app. The coffee is first class and the atmosphere is just perfect!

   I am known personally here. The food is exceptional and I have never had a problem of any kind when dining here. The service is quick, efficient, friendly and polite (I could go on all day!) And the atmosphere is straight from home. They know me so well they started preparing my order as soon as I walked up to order! Top service!!!!!

   I have been here many times for both food and drink and while the food at the time tasted fair I didn’t realise mugs coffee house had been given a one star hygiene rating (until I saw the article) I would have never eaten there let alone drink there if I had known the bad practices going on in the kitchen has the chef given up?
