   I ordered a toffee nut matcha latte, but I tasted only matcha, not the toffee nut, and they also didn't add the whipped cream.

   It does appear most Starbucks, certainly locally, have an issue with good customer service and a lack of a smile from any staff member or acknowledgement of your being. This branch excels at this over all the others! Today they had 4 staff working, none of which appeared to be happy. Slow to serve you (and for a change the drive thru as well today was slow) with no pleasantries at all.....it looks as though they can only do one job each and not possibly do anything other than their assigned task! Training, of any kind, appears to be non existent. Poor all round really but I guess a small positive was that the drinks were ok. Had them to take away though as the branch wasn't very clean or had any atmosphere.

   Nice and light store. However, there are always issues with mobile orders. They always take a very long time, and usually incomplete. I have tried to use mobile order option on a few occasions to save time as usually driving past the store on the way to the meeting, and it takes circa 10-12 minutes in the end with me having to ask about it.

   The male server was petulant when I pointed out that I wanted an on premises coffee and not a take out and they had already done a take out. It would have been easy enough to tip it into a different cup but it was poured away and a fresh one made with obvious irritation. The ambiance was OK.

   the restaurant was very cold. The toilet was dirty - there was no paper. and the tables were sitting uncleaned for a long time - with many staff - and only 2/3 of the tables were occupied. I would not visit again.

   Only 2 other customers drinking in, tables were full of dirty cups and plates. Staff standing around chatting. Baby high chairs filthy. Automatic door not working so struggled to get in in my wheelchair

   I like Starbucks. I first went to a Starbucks in 1995. Thr coffee is how I like it, with a robust roast, and you get consistent quality. The coffee here was of the usual standard. However I have never been in such a dirty Starbucks. Most of the tables were empty, but they were all dirty. We had to ask. Member of staff to clean one so we could sit down. The floor was dirty, not just unswept. I may have had bad timing, but I have never been in a Starbucks in this state.

   Store was quite busy, but they got our food and drinks ready in about 10 minutes which I thought was good. Seems they must have rushed it because the Mac and cheese wasn't cooked for long enough and there were areas that were still cold, pumpkin spice frap with coffee tasted weak, and they wouldn't make a flat white in the size we requested despite us having no issues with this in other stores. Fruit toast and cakes a little dry.

   Prices have gone up slightly in recent months, but the staff is always nice and friendly. Serving time varies. I can sometimes pop in and get a coffee within 5 minutes, other times I have to wait close to 15 minutes – depending on busy it gets.
