Interested to see other recent reviews. Sadly we have had a very poor experience. The in-store experience was fine, but when I went back to collect our order, there was an item missing. Apparently they’d spotted a problem with it and needed to get a replacement. Not a problem, it happens, and of course you’d rather have that than them just hide the faulty item at the bottom of the bag or something. However… I was told they would send the missing item to my home. Term began, still no missing item. When I chased it up on the Saturday after week 1, I was told ‘oh we’re just prepping it for delivery now’ and that it would be with me by the end of the day Monday. That didn’t happen. So, a week later, chased it again. Was told rather huffily that they hadn’t had time, and that I could either wait until they had time for home deliveries or they would drop it off at school the next day. I asked for the latter. Did it arrive at school the next day? No, it did not. So I chased it up again, and was told that a) they were short-staffed and b) it was the headteacher’s fault as she’d placed a large order and they wanted to get that ready before dropping off our (by now three weeks late) missing item. Excuse after excuse, fib after fib. Would advise they stop making promises they can’t keep. Will be passing their comments on to the headteacher as well, not sure she’ll be too pleased to be blamed for poor service. Needless to say we’ll be going elsewhere in future.
Absolutely shocking service, been almost 4 weeks since I ordered uniform, had to chase it up myself, was promised a phone call with an update and nothing. I understand it’s been the school holidays but I am out of pocket and my son has no new uniform for school. More people should speak up about the poor service of this place and shop elsewhere!
Rude and unhelpful staff. I encourage schools to go elsewhere and parents to speak up about poor service.
Shocking been 2 weeks I ordered and still not received the uniforms I called up been givin a date got wait another 2 weeks shocking service what if they don’t fit etc need to sort out before school opens this service is not excitable I will inform the school and complain about this so called company

Great service and staff really helpful. Can be big queues at peak times in school year but thats expected. They soon got through the queue and sorted all customers.
