Out of date food sold but this close to Christmas, likely just missed when checked. Other than that, friendly staff, clearly spoken in a loud environment and helpful for dietary advice with Vegan Cream due to lactose intolerance.
This is the nicest Costa by far, the staff are friendly and ALWAYS very clean and tidy.
Ordered a salted caramel frappe with coffee from the drive thru , the worst one I have had to date, it tasted of a vanilla milkshake , there was no coffee that’s for sure and no taste of salted caramel. I might as well of just been drinking a cup of cream. Teach your staff to make drinks correctly especially when your charging people nearly £5 for a drink
Newer shop, so clean. Usual Costa coffee and cakes, so almost no food for gluten free needs; not even the Marks and Spencer sandwich occasionally offered by Costa. Redeemed partially by the fact that they have a car park with a couple of electric car chargers and, better, another car park next door has a dozen or more BP Pulse electric car chargers, making it a great place to stop on the A14 to recharge your EV.
Spacious, fresh ambience. Good friendly service, usually quality Costa Coffee. If you like Tinder date spotting, then this is the place.
Served by an amazing staff member if I recall correctly called Gary and what can I say, the whole experience was amazing Gary was so down to earth and friendly, I'm very indecisive but Gary was patient and suggesting drink options to me, not sure what he makes but give this man a raise.
Super friendly staff, place was spotlessly clean. Me and my partner love coming here just before he goes to work. It has become a bit of a habit but we do like it there.
Was working Kettering from Northampton. Leaving for work 7am. Would come here 3/4 times a week and use toilet facilities and grab a cappachino. On the last day today went in used lavotry came out and my cappachino was ready I didn't order it. It's soo sweet Sam knew what and how I liked my drink I will miss the staff and place. I got the drink on the house!!!!
