Most useless place in town with staffs that don't care. I went out to use the washroom and was 5 mins or so. All my food and drinks were disposed off. I made sure I told 3 staffs who promised that my order won't be taken away. But they still did. Nearly Β£15 is worth order.. Rubbish place. Useless staff

We tried the new christmas dinner today and I must say this is a let down for weatherspoons. Normally we enjoy their food but not today. The turkey was nice but the plate was absolutely swimming in gravy, very little mash potato, loads of peas, very salty pigs in blankets, 3 small square's of parsnip, 2 carrots, 1 stuffing ball. Its priced at Β£15.52 with an alcoholic drink and Β£13.99 with a soft drink. My opinion is its not worth the price. Won't get having it again and I wouldn't recommend it.

Had breakfast in this traditional British pub - cozy atmosphere, friendly staff and walls filled with historical photos. Great food and a lovely start of the day

I had a meeting with a business partner who suggested we stop for a soft drink and a meal there .Unfortunately, it wasnβt a decision Iβd make again. I experienced very rude and unprofessional service from a waiter named Jacki. When I asked her colleague for her name, it was due to the way she communicated with customers. I asked her a simple question, and she stared at me before responding dismissively with βI donβt know.β This wasnβt an isolated incident ,she spoke in the same manner to the customer ahead of me. Iβve never encountered this kind of behavior at this pub #Employee quality is a critical factor it can drive success or contribute to a businessβs downfall.

I've never felt the need to write a review before, but my recent experience at this Wetherspoon was so bad I can't just ignore it. The manager, Ben, has one of the worst attitudes I've ever come across in hospitality. Instead of being welcoming or helpful, he was dismissive, confrontational, and downright unpleasant to deal with. To make things worse, he actually used foul language straight away without being polite towards customers , this is something that is completely unacceptable in any work environment , let alone from a manager who should be setting the standard for the rest of the staff. His negative attitude created a really uncomfortable atmosphere and turned what should have been a simple and enjoyable visit into a frustrating experience. You could tell he had no interest in resolving issues properly or treating people with basic respect. It honestly felt like customers were a burden to him rather than the reason the place even exists. l've been to plenty of Wetherspoon pubs before and never experienced anything like this. Ben's behavior left such a bad impression that I won't be returning to this location, and I'd warn others to think twice before visiting. Management should seriously reconsider having someone with such a poor attitude in charge , because right now he's giving the place a terrible name. Ben also has punished other customers who werenβt involved in their situation .

Good food, minimal service, so can't rate that, value for money

Good place for both food and drink. Great value and consistent quality. Gets crowded at lunchtime so go early at 12pm or later at 2pm if you want a better experience.

Firstly, Iβve got to say that the beer in Wetherspoons is great, and CHEAPβ¦ about half the price of other pubs in Wellingborough. However, the place is soulless and the staff disinterested, but that doesnβt seem to bother the dozens of men sitting on their own, drinking beer whilst staring at their mobile phones.

When pressing the assistance button no staff came to help, the button donβt seem to work. Tables are positioned and makes wheelchair access difficult. The accessible toilet is radar key accessible. One part of outside area is accessible. No large font menus available
