   Attended for a Christmas party. What an absolute waste of money regarding the food. Party was at 7pm, by 8pm no sign of the food, we asked at the bar what time the food would be coming and was told someone from the party needs to ask for it. Starters came, brie triangles were just empty breadcrumb cases and most were left uneaten. No plates cleared for the starters before mains arrived, burnt, dry burgers with cold chips. I sincerely hope our company discusses a refund because the food was diabolical. Bar staff were lovely and attentive, but this hit way off the mark for a Christmas party.

   We have had the best time. And why do you ask? Because the service has been top notch. If you want a boozy brunch where you drinks are served frequently and endlessly, The Mail Coach is the place to be. The food was great. We all ordered burgers!! The drinks ❤️❤️❤️ amazing!!!!    It's a relaxed place to spend a fun time with friends and family. I liked the variety of beers and cocktails, and the snacks tasted great. I want to come back someday when there's live music or to watch a rugby match on TV. There might be a fun atmosphere.

   Great place for brunch. The table was pre booked. Good choice of food. SUMMER our waitress was amazing.. but then so was all the staff. All very friendly and chatty. Toilets clean. Great atmosphere. Would highly recommend. Xx

   Stopping at the nearby Premier Inn and fancied a change from the usual hotel type grub. Another hotel guest advised me to try the Mail Coach, and I wasn't disappointed. A warm and friendly welcome from the staff and a fantastic selection of beers on offer. Had the chicken wings and the BBQ burger and can honestly say they were top draw. Wished I'd have found this place earlier in my stay and would recommend 100%.

   Where do I start, Great pub with an amazing atmosphere. And the outstanding outside area artwork really makes the pub pop, Great showcase of the amazing beers they have on tap. Highly recommend a visit. Great team and Great landlord. Couldn’t ask for more from a pub. And cracker of a new menu
