I have been here for breakfast a few times at the weekend. The service is attentive and super quick. Full English with all the trimmings toast and tea or coffee - and a really reasonable price. Definitely check it out next time you visit Brixworth!
Decent enough pub grub. Open for food on a Monday lunch time.
6 of us took up 3 rooms and all agreed. Warm, clean and comfortable rooms, and presented to a good standard. Exceptionally helpful and friendly service from staff (especially Billy) and great breakfasts. We had various allergins in our group but all were handled well (Billy pinching his wife's glueten free sausages, buying GF bread and supplying Gorilla tape and glue; not that we ate the last two)Made a refreshing stay away. Any problems were quickly resolved. Thanks, great stay and much appreciated
Nice ambience, friendly and helpful staff, prompt service. Dog friendly in the bar and outside (nice seating area near car park). Carpet in the back near toilets between car park and bar needs replacing though, very dirty and smelly! Shame this place was a bit of a mixed bag, as it started out quite promising...
Had meal here food was lovely the chocolate pudding to die for will be back
Had the excellent full English breakfast today. You absolutely cannot beat this for quality, size and price. Highly recommend and 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ from us and we will definitely be back
Great welcome by warm hearted staff. Really enjoying my stay. Great menu with excellent home cooked good value food and hearty portions. Wonderful character room with everything you need. Will definitely come again.
Stopped off with the family while on a bike ride. We all enjoyed the food and were made to feel very welcome. Perfect for what we needed and we will be back.
Had Sunday lunch here yesterday and returned for breakfast today. Food was absolutely amazing. Cooked to perfection. Yesterday I had bacon chicken and cheese baguette ( others had roast beef or roast chicken dinners )and today full English £9.50 included toast and tea or coffee. Served by people who genuinely enjoy the job. Blonde lady yesterday and chap with a beard today. Can't fault them on anything. I'm tempted to book a room for B & B. I'm sure it will be of equally high quality.
