Really helpful. Although they did not have the item I required they looked around local branches for me and found one at Newcastle.
Excellent, the staff here are very helpful, knowledgeable about their products etc. I have found here to actually care about their customers. Definitely have used this local depot on a few occasions.

Went to purchase a new kitchen walked in and the man sitting at the desk never spoke never asked what we wanted or if he could help, after looking at the different styles of doors etc we picked 2 out we then asked for a quote he asked if we had an account which we have but haven't used for a while, he then decides to tell us that they are only on display and they don't sell that type anymore.... Crazy, if you don't sell them why have them on display, these "gentlemen" definitely require so customer relation training.
I haven't purchased anything from this company, " But " I just have to say what a fantastic company for supporting Greyhound Gap ( a registered charity ) by donating a kitchen for them which will help acclimatise the dogs to a home environment. So please support them in anyway possible.
