I love staying at this place ! Always very clean and the bed is probably the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on ! Also you can literally hop across the road to the best pizza place ❤️
Very clean and comfortable room. Excellent communication about the arrival process makes the whole thing effortless. All of this and the world's greatest pub (The Fat Cat) is just a short stroll away. Would come back
Very pleasant experience staying here. A well-priced place to stay, that is nearby everywhere you could need to go. Less than a 15 minute drive from the city centre, located next to a pub with plenty of parking around. Staff was helpful throughout the stay, helping me with any questions I needed to ask, and responding within a maximum of 1 hour. Lovely place to stay, would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay!
The Old Bike Shop is a wonderful place to stay. The rooms are clean, tidy and comfortable. Geetha was happy to accommodate our request for a later check out and was available to answer any questions we had before we arrived. The local area is great, lovely food in the pizza place opposite and Harrys, the cafe down the road and the pub next door is welcoming and great drinks. We definitely landed on our feet staying here
The room was very well appointed and comfortable. It was quiet and very safe. The location was chosen because it was halfway between the university and the center of town, which was intentional. Public transportation was very convenient and I enjoyed walking around and exploring the surrounding. neighborhoods. There is a fantastic little neighborhood restaurant a block away, and The Bread Source wholesale bakery is just a short walk away. Geetha was extremely hospitable, helpful and communicative, as I was traveling from America. The public kitchen was sunny, clean and a welcome resource for preparing a few quick meals when I didn’t want to eat out.
Organised, efficient and very easy service, ideal location for us half way between the City and the University and close to very good pubs and restaurants. Rooms very comfortable and better facilities than expected. Add to this the fabulously friendly Geetha for whom nothing it seems is too much trouble and made our trip so enjoyable. Highly recommended.
The rooms were clean and everything was as described. I worked at the theatre royal and it was a 20 minute walk away. Beds were comfy and communication from management was efficient and clear. Recommend for a short stay
The Old Bike Shop (TOBS) in Norwich has become like our home within just a few days’ time. Starting off, the city is absolutely magnificent. You simply have to visit if you haven’t yet. There are many interesting sights to visit and the nightlife is just booming. Apart from the location, we loved the chic design of the place. The rooms are spacious, the kitchen is equipped with literally anything you might think of needing (even salt, pepper, olive oil etc.) and the lounge area is so comfortable and great to work from. We couldn't have found a better place to get some work done, enjoy some nightlife and settle down for a while in Norwich! We're really grateful that we came across it and hope to be able to visit again in the future.
We completely fell in love with this place! The location, cleanliness, the vibe, amenities and the helpful staff (most especially Geetha and the two cleaners) are just a few of the many things why this is definitely one of our favourite places to stay in the UK. The space is just perfect, especially for groups or families who'd like to just get together and enjoy all that the city of Norwich has to offer. All serviced apartments are spacious, with lots of storage available, a kettle, a microwave and a fridge! The common kitchen is just what you'd hope for, serviced up to the latest standards and including all the cooking utensils you might need. Thank you, all the staff, for making our stay an amazing one! We’ll be back in a short time.
Stayed here for 2 nights and booked it very last minute (literally) at 7:30pm, to move in at 8pm. Geetha was amazing and quickly arranged everything and called and guided me throughout till I settled down comfortably. The room was clean with clean sheets and towels. Plates and cutlery were provided along with provisions to make coffee and tea. There's a TV, mini fridge and microwave as well. I had a comfortable stay and would definitely recommend if you're visiting Norwich.
