   Excellent two night stay in a well kitted out room. Breakfast was good with a few choices.

   Stayed there last night with my son and father having booked 2 months ago. Asked for a family room with a double bed and a single and was told it was £85 including breakfast. When we arrived she changed our room off her own back for one with a bigger double bed.we thanked her and had a good night's sleep. When i paid the bill i was told it was £105 because of the room change that we didn't ask for and she didn't want to talk about it. And on top of that the breakfast was awful with 1 cocktail sized sausage. Wouldn't return here i feel robbed.

   Stayed last week on a business trip. Our host was wonderfully accommodating and made us feel very welcome. Ample parking, rooms were warm, clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was served with a lovely smile and tasted great, really set us up for the day. We'll definitely be returning to Avalon, a great find! Thanks for having us :)

   Warm welcome from friendly owners. Double room with on-suite had plenty of room and was very clean. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. Plenty of parking. We'd use again if we go that way.
