We booked the swimming pool on the bank holiday. Been there a few times but this was a quite a bad experience. Shower head was broken and had barely any pressure so you cant even take a shower quickly. Changing rooms don't have a lock on so if you have small children you have to keep constant eye on them getting ready. Pool was definitely not 30 degrees was very cold. Wont be going back unfortunately.

We hired the pool for an hour & had a lovely time. Our only issue was we hired it after a large group so the changing room/shower already had a lot of water laying around & I found the shower didn't work, only came out as a trickle. Apart from this, I would hire the pool again. It was nice just to have a private swim & a pool to ourselves.

We just want to say we had our first family swimming session at your pool, and it was fabulous! The pool is lovely and clean, as are the showering facilities! We look forward to another session! Thank you very much β€οΈ

Having booked and having had a double room confirmed by email for my birthday weekend, on arrival we had been allocated a twin room. As there is no reception it took a voicemail message and an email before the owner's sister told us (politely) that they were fully booked and could not do anything about their mistake. I was not contacted by the owner himself to apologise and it took Expedia three days to contact him to verify my complaint. I would not book again as this kind of mistake in a service industry is inexcusable.

Set in lovely gardens, clean. Has a swimming pool & spa but didn't use, only stayed one night. Only criticism, think the continental breakfast could be improved, very limited.

Not worth the money in any way!! Continental breakfast was bread. Just bread.. No fruit, no meats, just bread and the most basic loaf of bread there could be.. So disappointing that we didn't even stay out second day! Wasn't worth our time

Booked to take our niece swimming here who is 2 years old. The pool had carpet around it which was sodden wet and smelt from where it never dries properly. We then removed the cover and realised the water was green. We rang the owner to query this and he was rude and unhelpful. He finally came to speak to us and said it was fine and it was due to the light. When the colour changing light went to blue he said see itβs fine now which was quite laughable. My brother in law took our niece home as he didnβt want to risk her going in. We decided we would give him the benefit of the doubt and went in and it wasnβt until we were in the pool that we realised how unclean it was. There were clumps of hair and bits floating about, the tiles were stained around the pool edge and the water was definitely green. I work for a company who makes and maintains swimming pools so I know what a clean pool should look like. We donβt want the same thing happening to other families looking to book here for their kids. Wouldnβt recommend and wonβt be returning !

Waiting for breakfast at the time we asked it was available, but no show, waited for 30 minutes, but no succes. Same next day. The bed could use a new matress, and the tv is really small. The shower was a challange, either burn or freeze. Overall impression was that the family room could do with an upgrade and cleaning. So this was a one time experience for me.

Visited to use the pool. The place was empty. Followed the signs and got in ok. No light in the toilet was a bit of a challenge but we coped. The pool was warm so that was good. The carpet around the pool was wet so that wasn't great when walking around without shoes on. You have to walk the short distance from the door to the changing area across the damp carpet so my socks got wet. Still we had a nice swim in private.

Fantastic three days. We are a family of ten, 6 adults, 3 teenagers and 1child. Very accommodating. We were treated as though it was home from home. Great garden for us all to play games and sit in the evening. Great help yourself continental breakfast. It was also wonderful that we could all use the swimming pool early morning and after dinner in the evening. Lovely friendly staff and could not have needed more.
