   After dialling 111 over an urgent issue, I got an appointment at 11pm at Rouen House and got the antibiotics that I needed. My wife waited outside in the car with the doors locked, which was just as well as 2 guys and a girl walked past and one of the guys tried the car door handles, then the girl said, “There is someone inside” and the guy sprinted off as if he was Usain Bolt. So make sure you lock your vehicle if visiting this location.

   It's great to have a walk-in medical centre where you can actually discuss medical problems but they tend to refer you to A&E miles away and A&E tends to send you back to your GP who certainly won't see you. It's a circle of disappointment that is very time-consuming.

   I've had to use the out of hours gp via 111 on several occasions here and all have been a great experience. Never had to wait long and they actually listen to you and really try to understand what the issue is and not palm you off!

   You don't need to wait hours anymore. They have a respiratory nurse there. You can book an appointment if one of your symptoms is cough.
