   Used Mills Knight for a flat, really good service from start to finish. Had a couple of small issues upon moving in (electricity was in debt for example) but Mills Knight were great with rectifying any issues of this nature. I then got a new job and needed to leave Norwich and Mills Knight could not have been more hospitable and helpful. I would highly recommend Mills Knight. Special mention for Charlie and Rebecca who have been excellent throughout the process. Thank you.

   This is only my second experience with letting agents so all my prior experience was gained with another major Lettings outlet. Luckily I spotted the previous tenants moving out of the apartment before the To Let sign went up and had contacted Mills Knight on Sunday so that I was one of there first clients they saw on Monday morning. Wednesday I saw the apartment and accepted it all references pending that was on December 22nd. By January 16th I was moving in and the landlord had put a new boiler in and redecorating certain rooms which I was really happy with. The was a certain odour in the flat but within the week and scented plugs the odour had gone. Mills Knight apart from not having a card reader made things really easy to deal with. Within 24hrs I was directed to the Lettings hub who dealt with all references and credit checks and then straight after Christmas it was moving in date. The only thing I did find strange ( not Necessarily wrong ) and that is when you get the keys and contract for the first time you are in their office not your new flat meaning the first time you walk into the flat and if you find anything wrong they have to rely on your word for it even though you may not have done anything. Thankfully apart from some boot polish on the carpet and a broken freezer drawer everything has been spot on and as a result would recommend Mills and Knight.    Since 2004, I have been a customer of Mills Knight .Julie and her team have been looking after my 2 properties from A to Z as I live abroad. During that time they have been so helpful,honest ,always trying to solve problems in the best way for both parties Landlord and tenants .They organised the repair and maintenance of my properties at reasonable prices. In 2012 I was victims of a scam concerning my properties Julie reacted quickly and help me to solve the problem successfully. Recently I have just sold one of my property once again everything went smoothly. Always the right advice. Always there to help and being positive.    This is the second property I have sold with Mills Knight and I have also used them on a number of occasions for probate valuations too. As always they are responsive and most of all honest clear and professional. This property Julie, and her team understood my desire to sell quickly and helped agree a sensible guide price which was spot on which attracted much interest After a failed first purchaser who was unable to secure a sufficient FTB mortgage they acted quickly to contact other interested parties and swiftly secured a replacement buyer Although there were a few challenges throughout the sale they acted professionally with all stakeholders in the process and I am convinced were invaluable in securing a successful outcome for both parties I am a firm believer that dealing with a good professional small knowledgeable independent will out perform the large in-personable corporate every time Thanks once again Team MK for another successful and happy client

   If you're looking for a letting agent or to sell your home we can highly recommend Mills Knight . They manage our let property and have taken care of everything so efficiently, making it hassle free for us - definitely worth the management fee. Recently we sold our own property with Mills Knight and again the service was second to none. There were a few hitches towards the end of the process but Julie and the team put in so much effort to bring the sale to a successful conclusion. As an independent company you get a much more personalised service and nothing seems too much trouble for them.

   Our experience renting with Mills Knight was generally favourable until we ended our tenancy and needed our deposit returning. We had no correspondence and had to chase return of our deposit. When we finally received it we were missing a substantial amount of money, which had been taken by our landlord without our knowledge. When we raised this with Mills Knight, their response was "oh we thought you knew." We complained, which we received no correspondence to. When we explained we were raising a formal dispute we received an email back straight away saying our full deposit was going to be refunded. If we hadn't have complained then our deposit would have been retained unfairly by the landlord and knowingly by Mills Knight. Would not recommend!
