   Place is easy to find, clean and comfortable waiting area, signage could be better for companies using it, to the point that I had to guess where we were going to find the correct part, When timing the buzzer no conversation, door just unlocked without instructions on where to go or how to get to the Regus part

   I strongly advise against using this company. Our experience has been extremely disappointing. We were initially quoted one price, but by the end, the cost had nearly quadrupled due to hidden fees. Additionally, we were overcharged with extra items on our bill that we had not requested. Although these were eventually removed, we incurred two late payment fees in the process, which we were forced to cover. It has now been over three months since we vacated the office, yet we have still not received our deposit back. Despite multiple assurances from the company, there has been no resolution. This level of service is unacceptable, and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

   Avoid for short term office rentals... (read up online about Regus, I wish I did first) After 1.5 months here: Pros: - Office space in period building with discounted rate - Norwich's Regus staff we're helpful (but powerless with bigger issues) Cons: - All major customer service issues are painfully slow to resolve - Hidden fees are added without asking and a pain to remove - Expensive restoration fee after you leave (even if only there for a short time) - Late fees charged if you wait for the hidden fees to be removed - Deposit not returned after almost 3 months

   Worse service I’ve ever received I have had virtual offices all around the world and this is by far the hardest place I have ever delt with- no one answers the phone when you call. Got my letters but not forwarding them on. A total night mare. No one even calls you back when you email

   Very quiet place to work within walking distance of the town and station (20 mins to station). Clean and bright and comfortable working environment. Staff seem very approachable (special shout out to Chiboola who was really helpful)- definitely a good option if you need a day office.

   Amazing Business Centre! The staff at Regus Norwich office are very friendly and act professionally at all times. As a small business, flexible arrangement is very crucial to the success of our business, I'm so pleased that the staff understand this key business need and always try their best to accommodate it. Queries are resolved without delay and the environment is kept clean at all times. I do enjoy working from this centre and will certainly recommend it to anyone.
