Been a tenant with Spencer Ward. The service was very smooth while starting the tenancy. They arranged viewing swiftly and also offered a second viewing post acceptance which helped us in planning. The property was made available in good condition. All documentation and processes were digital and could be completed online without ever visiting the office. They were very responsive for any maintenance issues and were liaising with the landlord to fix the same. The agents are very polite and courteous and provide required assistance and advice whenever needed. It was a very good experience over all and would definitely recommend them.

Horrible agency. Completely rude and patronising on the phone when we called them with problems - probably assumed because we are young we don't know what we are doing and tried to take advantage. Told them multiple times that the carpets were sticky and mouldy in the bedrooms (nothing was ever done). Then they had the nerve to try and charge us for a full carpet clean in the bedrooms when we vacated. Really had to put up a fight to get them to reduce the amount they wanted to take from our deposit. Constantly had to chase them in order to get things fixed in the property. Rude, and try to take as much money from your deposit as they possibly can - stay away!
