   I have worked in this building for over 4 years, the offices are nice, the staff are mostly nice. (Though there have been some incidents, but these were dealt with!) Now that they’re repainting it’s looking much more sleek and updated. My only complaint is the toilet facilities, they’re often not very nice, the seats aren’t on properly, no hot water, but they are cleaned throughout the day!

   This building advertises short term parking. Be aware that the car park is very cramped and you might be sent a penalty notice even if you have paid for your parking.

   Disappointed with this visit the meal I had was £34 for which I had a good fillet steak but what accompanied it was poor with a bit of watercress and the potatoes dry and not very tasty. It was a wedding anniversary surprise from my husband so very disappointing. Don't think I would go back ☹️

   Given the fact that the institution is located in a fairly prestigious area. And I think that the service should work more professionally. We were not offered a warm blanket, nor was we offered to sit in a more comfortable room. Dark, warm room. I was told that it was rather cold in the other room. I also do not understand the work or some kind of stoves, which, in fact, did not heat anything, it was cold enough, as well as the waiters, who were quite a lot, did not pay proper attention. Also no one even asked. Did we like the food and everywhere us well. They just pretended as if we were sitting on some kind of completely strangers or people who were sitting on some kind of bench, which, in fact. We don't care. It was unpleasant for me to be in such an atmosphere, and I do not think that I will come here again.What surprised me the most? This, of course, is that every 5 minutes people from the kitchen dragged dirty, linen, dishes and many other things across the entire hall where people were sitting. That is, we sat right in the place where we constantly wore something. I mean, it was just annoying. It was just some kind of horror.

   This place is great for cocktails before a shopping trip and the views are amazing. Staff all friendly and helpful on making a decision to what you would like to drink. Price not too bad on par with most places. Worth a visit.

   Staff were helpful. Lotsa places to sit, eat (variety of food), have group discussions,. Student friendly. I got stuck between exit doors for a min though & I didn't know how to get out.

   Had afternoon tea at the Rooftop Terrace. Lovely sandwiches and cakes, with a delicious Cosmopolitan - couldn't eat all the cakes. Only on 6th floor so no amazing views but lovely surroundings. Attentive and pleasant staff. Recommend for a special treat.

   Never! Ever! Use the car park here! The landowners use underhand ANPR tactics to fine you! Avoid! If you do not have cash to pay, their machine does not take card payments, if you leave because you have no change, you will get a 'Ticket'! Absolutely Scandalous! Using Entrapment techniques to 'Charge' drivers! Avoid like the plague!!!
