   Rented with Norwich Student Rents for a year which was a pleasant and stress free experience. Adam was easily reachable by text or phone when we needed him throughout the tenancy which was a nice change compared to larger companies who can be hard to get in contact with when you need help or have a problem. The house was in a good condition when we moved in and overall I'd recommend anyone who's looking for student accommodation to consider Norwich Student Rents for a personal and professional experience.

   Adam was so helpful!!! As a newbie to UK, Adam helped me to sort out all kinds of problems with our house. Not only when I was living there, even I moved away from Norwich and struggling finding new apartments in Bristol this year, he was still really nice and gave me many helpful sources and suggestions. The two years live in Norwich with him as my agent was dreamy, strongly recommended!!!

   Despite the fact we didn’t have Adam for the whole year he was always very attentive. When we needed help he was always a phone call away. The necessary help was always provided and in times where we needed him to go beyond expectation he did not hesitate. A very kind, easy to talk to and understanding properly manager.
