   Barton & Co are the best estate agents I’ve come into contact with! We were impressed from the first viewing of our new house. Louie White was very professional and answered all our questions about the house, he went above and beyond as an estate agent. He even allowed us to book a second viewing on the same day so my parents could view the property before we submitted an offer. It was really lovely how accommodating and friendly he was, while still being professional. During the buying process we were supported by Hannah Lower, who was also amazing. She kept me constantly updated and answered my many questions. They have made our first house purchase even better and really made it a stress-free process from their side! I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for an estate agent and we will be using them when the time comes to sell our house and move on!

   I'd had a bad experience with another agent in the past; with Barton & Co it was the complete opposite. They have been absolutely fanstastic. They did everything I asked with the listing, communicated with me the whole time (even when the market was quiet they kept in touch with updates on what they were doing), always on time, always professional, always available to answer my questions even when it was unrelated to my sale. I honestly couldn't praise them enough. The whole team had a role to play but I have to thank Louie especially as I had the most contact with him. I would highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again.

Buying our first property was quite a daunting experience but Barton & Co,Ollie and Daryl in particular, helped us through every step of the process.After our offer had been accepted, the team at Barton & Co were brilliant.    My partner and I have recently exchanged on a home and are due to move in next week. Overall we can't fault the service Ollie provided us - from our initial viewing to offer and throughout the conveyancing he always knew exactly what was going on and kept us updated via phone and email. If Ollie was unavailable due to viewings, James was up to date and knew what was going on too. As a result our purchase has been relatively pain free! I would definitely recommend Barton & Co without hesitation and I'm sure if we ever sell our home in the future we will use them
