I can’t recommend them highly enough at Fast Fit St Neots.. I’ve been using them for a few years now and they always recognise me when I go in. Prices are reasonable and the service is always quick and efficient. They are a great team there and always provide top notch customer service.
The guys here are lovely, my car is old and does a lot of miles so I guess I'm in there a lot but they recognise me and my car now and we have a bit of banter. I do compare pricing to what I could buy online and I've never felt 'ripped off'. The profit they take from a job seems reasonable to me and with Lidl across the road I normally drop off, do a bit of shopping and can drive home when I'm done. Quick, easy and reliable, what more can you ask for?
Popped in with a concern as my car felt strange, I was met by a polite gentleman behind the counter I believe his name was Michael, when I explained what was happening he came out looked at my tyres, he explained what the issue was and why it had happened. He was able to fix it there and then with his team which were also very polite. I was extremely happy with the efficient service and made to feel at ease, I would highly recommend.
The guys running the place this week have been nothing but kind, considerate and helpful. Having a puncture and 2 young kids they were informative, stuck to their word and completed the job quickly and efficiently. They were kind to my children while waited and ordered the tyre immediately for the next day with a call first thing in the morning, as promised. Thank you. Becky (and the princesses)
