   Used Starkins and Watsons to sell my house after making the mistake of first using another agent. S&W were much more professional and easier to deal with. Sean Baney come to take the pictures and composed the advert, the standard of photos and quality of the advert was much better then the first agents. Once S&W sold my house I had excellent after sales from Janet Riches who chased up everything for me, kept me up to date with regular calls and emails also answered any questions I had quickly and thoroughly. After dealing with many other estate agents, Starkins and Watsons are miles ahead of their competitors and I wouldn’t hesitate to use again.

Oliver was very knowledgeable when it came to advising us at the beginning of the process. Charly was very helpful and reassuring throughout the whole process and really helped push our sale through by communicating with solicitors involved. She worked so hard snd took it upon herself to make sure the whole chain was ready in respect of a completion date. We were always made to feel a priority as a client of Starkings and Watson.
