We had to get several lights replaced. Because there was quite a few, we opted to pay for them to fit. Jake did most of the lights alone no problem and in record speed - we were genuinely so impressed. Unfortunately, the last bulb was replaced incorrectly last time so there was some issues replacing it this time so Harvey came over to help. They explained it was necessary to remove the back panelling to access the part they needed. We were already so grateful for Harvey and Jake for doing this but unfortunately when doing this something went wrong with the connection for the other light - which had recently been replaced too but suddenly stopped working. We went back in as soon as we noticed and Harvey and Jake came straight out to look at it again. It turned out to be a poor wiring issue and not a result of their work but they fixed the issue immediately anyway. They were so lovely and could not have been kinder. They even refused hot chocolates from us as a thank you even tho it was cold and dark already. I just cannot express how much we appreciate their work and could not recommend them enough Absolute superstars ⭐️⭐️
We were served by Rosie who was very helpful. We had been looking to have a new battery fitted and ended up with it and a Halford membership for the same money!! Great deal.
A month ago, I popped in to look at bikes for cycle to work scheme. Not sure what I wanted or needed, I aimlessly looked around. Then Josh H appeared and offered help in a friendly manner. We chatted, and he made some recommendations of bikes explaining the differences. He was not pushy and made you feel like he would spend as much time as possible helping you without feeling you were annoying. Today, I finally got my LOC and was pleased Josh H was on duty. Those people who say you should not use a chain and go to smaller shops for the service need to try Halfords. Josh just about remembered me and instantly got to task helping me order my accessories, etc. He gave valuable input into why one product would better serve my needs. He asked the right questions to understand how I would be using my bike to ascertain what I would need and what I don't need. I can not thank Josh and the other member of the team Connor enough. It's been a long time since I had that kind of service in a store that was a chain. Look forward to collecting my bike, etc, soon and doing more business in this store. He went above and beyond. ****Update**** collected my new wheels and git top service from Conor again. Thank you Mark for carrying the bike down the stairs. Had a big refit but didn't put a lift in the cycle area that is upstairs!

Excellent service fitting a new battery to a SEAT Alhambra. The battery was not only cheaper than anywhere else but also a higher spec and Ampere hour rating. Jack who fitted the battery did a great job and ensured all service lights and alarms were reset correctly. Thank you.
Richie from the retail store was excellent in repairing my chipped windscreen- no mark is visible from stone chip now. He was courteous and kept me up to date with progress. I had worried initially this may be the Halfords garage site, which I swore I would never return to. (Tyre poorly fitted, ended up with juddering steering and calling the RAC within a few hours of getting the vehicle back!) I can say the retail store and its staff have always been helpful, fitting bulbs for me and now the windscreen repair. Thanks to Richie for today- very pleased with the work carried out.
Cameron from Halfords was UNBELIEVABLE. He helped me reattached my gear lever after it fell off my motorbike. I was completely broken down with no where to go and Cameron saved the day. He went far above and beyond what his job description was. And I'm so thankful for it. Cameron, mate you proper saved my arse! Love ya bro!
