   I have had the pleasure of working with Thomas at Alexander & Co. I provided an exceptionally short turnaround to be able to organise the lease on a new premises and he was able to help us move in to a property and arrange everything for us to be able to occupy with no hassle at all. The communication was brilliant and allowed us to get everything sorted on the terms that were agreed. Thank you for the help you've provided. It's allowed a small charity project to keeps its doors open!

   I’ve dealt with Alexander&Co now for the last 5 years as a tenant in a property managed by Amy Gurton, was a little rocky at the start with a mould issue due to lack of heating in the house but this was soon resolved and since then has beeen smooth sailing! Amy has always been quick to respond and sorted any queries! Been a nice easy 5 years with them and minimal stress so thanks again!

   Alexander & Co are always my first choice when it comes to lettings. I recently spent a year in a flat which had no end of maintenance issues. I would like to highlight that Amy was always super friendly, understanding and pro-active in dealing with any issues that I had with the property. Expect nothing less than same day responses and a positive attitude from Amy and the team. 10 out of 10 across the board from me!

   We have been renting via alexander and co for the past year and it has been the best experience. We’ve dealt with different rental agencies and this one has been the best by far. Amy is part of the property management team and she has been amazing! She is always on hand to help and advise whenever we’ve had a question, even something as silly as how to change a lightbulb. She’s always friendly and communicates well, she gets back to emails quickly and is very thorough in her explanations too. We’ve recently moved out of the property and she has made that as smooth as possible as well for us. I cannot fault them one bit. Thank you for an amazing rental experience :)

   I have been working with Alexander & Co. for the last 4 years. The house that I live in is managed by them. Amy Gurton has been such a pleasure to work with and I cannot recommend her enough! She is a consummate professional, and a fantastic person to be the face of the company (for all of my needs). She responds very promptly, nothing is ever too much trouble for her, and she always has a solution to whatever the issue may be. If I could have stayed living in that house forever, I would have - and been happy to continue to work with Amy and her team. I am very sad to be moving, as I will really miss working with her. Today I met with Luke Stimson to do the final walk- through. He was punctual and arrived before our appointment time, which I very much appreciated. He was very thorough and extremely professional. I was very surprised to learn that he was new at this job, as he seemed like a seasoned pro. Amy is lucky to have him on her team, and he is lucky to be learning from the best! Sometimes the staff that works with tenants don’t always get the recognition they deserve, so I wanted to make sure that I acknowledged what a fantastic team Alexander has - I would be happy to work with them again in the future and hope that our paths cross again. 5 stars *****

   Everyone who I've contacted in Alexander & Co have been very quick to respond, never had to chase anything up, very professional and organised and also of them were very friendly and approachable people. They helped me finding a flat as a first time solo-renter and everything went so smoothly. They ensured all the appropriate information and documents were sent over in very good time, and were able to provide an answer to any questions I've had. Definitely recommend, best estate agents I've dealt with! Highly Recommended!!

   My partner and I lived in a property managed by Alexander estate agents for almost two years and it was the most stress free two years we could think of. The application process was super quick and easy with quick communication. During our time in the property we had regular house inspections which were a brilliant way to touch base should we ever have needed anything (which luckily we didn’t!). The team were always friendly and approachable, we had no issues at all. The checkout process was just as seamless and hassle free. Couldn’t have asked for a better first experience with an estate agents whilst renting. Thanks to everyone!

   After a few issues with the property/landlord during our time renting with Alexander & Co, I have had to bother Amy plenty of times! Amy has been helpful, prompt and communicative - when she has been held up by the landlord, she has been efficient, and done everything she can to actually fix the problem. Also, super helpful when it's come to the end of tenancy, helped us with moving in regards to flexibility and dates, and supported us when raising issues and ensuring everything has gone smoothly.
