Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. Bought a property through NPO and both Dan and Elaine were brilliant, but I do have to give an extra mention to Elaine who just went above and beyond to ensure perfect service and excellent communication throughout our entire chain for the entire process. I didn't sell via NPO but I absolutely would use them in future as I was so impressed. None of the usual smoke and mirrors you get from estate agents, just great customer service and genuine people.
