    I have recently moved into a property managed by WJ Wooster. From the start of the search, to dealing with an issue, Wooster’s have been prompt, efficient and professional the whole way through. Regular and concise communication at all times, answering every question they were able and quick in gathering additional answers where they were unsure. The online portal is excellent providing all of the information you need including tracking your rent, key documentation, logging and tracking maintenance requests. I have dealt mostly with Will who has been friendly, courteous and helpful all the way through. I would highly recommend both tenants and Landlords.

    Shady business practices. Rented from this company about a year ago. At the time I was on a zero hours contract and was upfront about this with the letting agent. Had to pay their 'admin fees' to set up contract which included referencing/credit checking. We failed because I was on a zero hour contract, which they knew about, and then demanded we pay the admin fees again but this time with guarantors. They knew full well we would fail but did it anyway to get some extra money out of us. Not much you can do when you need a roof over your head which they took advantage of. Edit: that's because Sarah Windlow is a pseudonym and you didn't take these issues very seriously when you were happy to take my money.
