Very disappointed with the service. I went to this workshop because of an engine oil leak. They told me they could fix it and also convinced me to change the timing chain, assuring me that after the repair the engine would be perfect with no more oil leaks. However, just one week after the repair, I started facing several serious issues: rapid engine oil loss, the car accelerating by itself, and the check engine light coming on. When I returned to the workshop, instead of taking responsibility, they said they needed to check it again and asked me to keep paying more money. If they had not assured me that the engine oil leak would be completely fixed, I would never have agreed to the repair. They promised a complete fix but failed to deliver. To me, this feels like misleading assurance rather than honest advice. I would not recommend this workshop to anyone who expects a reliable repair. Only consider them if you have plenty of time to keep going back after repairs and enough money to keep spending. I personally wasted a lot of money here.

Tyre went on the M1 and called into Sixfields Autocentre. Great customer service from all - Charlie, Sophie, Georgina and Chris. Got me a good price on 2 new tyres and all fitted and on my way within 1 hour! Even made my evening event with time to spare. If I need to use again, will visit - highly recommended

Sixfields told me that an alternator repair was necessary to fix my problem where the car would not start. They recommended some other work, which I could not afford so decided to complete later. This is where the problems started however... I arrived to collect my car at the appointed time, and the work was not done. The price I was quoted was for an alternator repair, but only the belt was changed, and yet the full price was still charged. This is nothing though compared to the fact that the car then proceeded to break down again, with exactly the same issue, when I was miles away in Yorkshire. At this point I called the RAC who immediately established that the issue was actually with the battery (a much cheaper repair) and that I required a new one. With no other option, I then had to pay another Β£182 for a battery just to get home. When I confronted Sixfields about this, they claimed to have told me about the battery (a blatant lie, they told me that changing the alternator belt would fix the problem. I called to very specifically confirm this). Anyway, I'm giving them a chance to refund me before I take further action. We shall see...

I chose Sixfields Auto Centre for my carβs service as they had fairly competitive prices and Iβm so glad I went there. From the minute I booked online, I was contacted by the lovely girl on reception to confirm everything and when I arrived, it was a really friendly atmosphere from everyone there. They had a waiting area that was actually nice, the staff were all super lovely and Dave the dog was a star! I had my young children with me and there was colouring books and pencils, stories to read, a coffee machine, and a bathroom that even had a childβs seat if needed (little things that make a huge difference). Throughout my service, everything was explained to me, there was no hidden costs, everyone was up front about the work that needed doing and how much it would be. I left knowing more about my car than when I bought it. As a woman, Iβve been to my fair share of garages that were intimidating but this place was truly just great. Iβve already recommended to family and friends and will continue to do so. Thank you so much to the brilliant team βΊοΈ

Absolutely amazing. Cannot fault the customer service here, especially Sophie. My car had so many issues since purchase, and this was my first MOT since I bought the vehicle. No issues were disclosed when I bought the car but Sixfields Autocentre picked them up immediately, and fixed them all within 3 days. They updated me throughout the 3 days to let me know what was happening and when my car would be ready. There was a delay in the repair process but I was kept informed by Sophie who was extremely apologetic about the inconvenience, and explained why there was a delay. Cannot thank all the staff enough for being so kind and helpful during a stressful time. Definitely will be returning!

Broke my tyre sensor then lied about it, got a flat before I got home as it was leaking air. I had to get someone to fix it as I couldn't get to them and get a new tyre sensor which I made them pay for since they broke it. Such a joke.

Top job. Friendly staff. Genuine guys. Definitely there to help and not rip anyone off or try and con a few quid more like so many places. They sorted it all out within half hour. 100% will be using them for all future tyres or wheel balancing.
