She made the whole viewing and application process very easy and stress-free, and I always felt she genuinely cared about helping me find the right place. I found this to be true, they quickly found us an excellent tenant and Linda, the letting manager, kept us updated at all times and she was always quick to respond to emails/queries.    I had a fantastic experience with Winkworth - supporting with the sale of my house. From the initial discussions where Billy was candid, honest and friendly made me confident that Winkworth would be able to sell the house in the timeframe I was hoping for. Likewise, James did very well with keeping me up to date during the sales process. From a post-sales process, Rachel did well to keep seller and buyer informed so that there was equal information sharing. This helped expedite the process and ensure the process continued to progress.

   Winkworth Eaton just sold our house and I highly recommend their services. Billy, George and Rachel were fantastic throughout the process. they always kept us informed, the communication was great and made whole the process transparent. They also found us solicitors, organised all electricity certificates, provided contact details to cleaning company (they did an amazing job also) and even helped us sell our car.....that was sitting in a garage for a number of years.This was all a massive help given that we live abroad. Thank you for looking after us so well!

   George and Billy achieved what I felt was near impossible in today's market. In the space of a week, I had my offer accepted on the only house I was interested in and they got a good offer for the house I was selling. Four month's later and I am in my new home. They have a warm, friendly and honest approach. George arrived at my home very well researched in local property sales and marketed my house professionally. Billy went over and above in communicating with me throughout the whole process and Rachel in the after sales team was brilliant too. This team is amazing and I can't thank them enough.
